What are the hours of operation?
The mobile pet spa is available by appointment everyday except for Sundays.
Spaces are limited so we recommend planning your dog's spa day in advance.

Where does the grooming take place?
Our state-of-the-art mobile grooming unit is a spa on wheels! We arrive at your home and set up in the convenience of your driveway. Your dog will be pampered in our climate-controlled vehicle, equipped with power and water so you don’t need to provide anything.
How long does the spa service last?
Your dog will emerge looking good and smelling fresh within 1 to 2 hours after our arrival -- no more all-day waits at the grooming facility!
Please allow for a little more time during the first visit. I'll take the opportunity to thoroughly check your dog and make sure they feel at home on their first visit. And of course, your dog will take the opportunity to make sure I'm worthy of their trust.
Please note that large dogs with very long, matted, tangled or dense undercoats will take longer.

Do I have to be home during my dog's spa service?
Yes - In order to provide the best experience possible on the first visit, we will consult with you upon arrival at your home to discuss your dog's personality, preferences and any sensitive areas.
Depending on the circumstances, you may not have to be present on subsequent visits.
